The following disclaimer applies to all cleaning rags, wiping cloths and related textile products (“Rag Products”) supplied by Neplusultra Pty Ltd ACN 103 651 627 trading as Metro Rags & Supplies.
Our Products
Metro Rags & Supplies supplies quality recycled textile wiping products to industrial, commercial and trade customers throughout Australia.
As our Rag Products are manufactured from recycled textiles, natural variations in colour, fabric type, size, weight and appearance are to be expected between batches. This is a normal characteristic of recycled textile products and does not indicate a fault.
While we carefully source our products from trusted suppliers and undertake reasonable quality inspections, recycled textile products cannot be guaranteed to be completely uniform.
Product Variations
By purchasing our Rag Products, you acknowledge that:
- Products may vary in colour, fabric composition, texture, size and appearance.
- Occasional foreign materials may be present despite our quality control processes.
- Photographs shown on our website are representative only and actual products may differ slightly from those shown.
- Where products are described as cotton, this refers to their predominant composition; however, as they are manufactured from recycled textiles, the exact fibre composition or cotton percentage cannot be guaranteed.
Suitability for Use
Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular Rag Product is suitable for their intended application.
While we are happy to recommend products based on our experience, Metro Rags & Supplies cannot guarantee that a particular product will be suitable for every application or operating environment.
Products should always be inspected prior to use where cleanliness, contamination control or product performance is critical.
