Am I in your free delivery zone?
Yes, if you’re located within our regular Brisbane, Gold Coast, Bayside, Redlands, Ipswich or North Brisbane delivery areas, you’re generally eligible for free delivery on orders over $100. Our delivery area follows the major transport corridors shown on our map, so locations too far from our regular delivery routes may incur a delivery charge.

What day do you deliver to my area?
We operate regular delivery runs throughout South East Queensland:
- North Brisbane: Tuesday
- Gold Coast & Inner South Brisbane: Wednesday
- Bayside: Weekly on Thursdays
- Redlands & Ipswich: Fortnightly Thursday runs
- Brisbane Metro: Daily as required
For our fortnightly delivery areas, we keep customers informed of upcoming delivery dates so they can plan ahead and never miss out on stock. If you’re unsure which run services your business, just contact us and we’ll let you know when to expect delivery.
Do you deliver Australia-Wide?
Yes. While our Metro Rags delivery van services South East Queensland, we also supply customers Australia-wide through trusted freight partners. Pallet quantities are particularly popular with interstate customers, and we can organise freight to most locations across Australia.

Yes, it’s a Metro Rags tradition. Customers receiving orders on our regular local delivery runs receive Tim Tams with their delivery on orders over $100. Unfortunately, we can’t include Tim Tams with third-party freight deliveries, but all customers on our regular Metro delivery runs can look forward to a sweet surprise with their order.
